American Flange visited by CPC

On May 4th, a group of the Chemical Packaging Committee (CPC) visited American Flange in Carol Stream as part of the 3 day committee meeting in Chicago.
During the visit, a plant tour was given as well as presentations regarding closures, packaging and related issues like closing torques, venting applications and NFPA regulations.

As the weather cooperated, the visit was concluded with an outside group picture.

NEW - introduction of the ClickLock^TM tamper evident cap

Announcing of the Tamper Evident, ClickLock^TM cap which is designed to fit on USA style plastic drum necks. There are two versions available a 'windowed' version and a 'solid' version. Both versions will provide a secure Tamper Evident solution. Find out how to apply the ClickLock^TM cap here.

American Flange IMS certified

On june 12th, 2009 American Flange was inspected by the IDPH (Illinois department of public Health) and obtained IMS certification for the products that are produced in our Carol Stream facility for the dairy industry.

New baby in the Tri-Sure® family: the 3/4" PLASTIPLUG^TM This plug complements our product range for polydrums. The plug can be supplied with or without EPDM gasket. Also several vented executions are available.
