Tri-Sure® Metal Flanges

Metal FlangesTri-Sure flanges are available in G2 and G3/4 sizes the standard product is zinc plated for corrosion resistance. Other options are un-plated, phosphated, tin-plated or stainless steel (Flange type standard only). Phenolic or Epoxy-Phenolic lacquering are available for protection against aggressive products. Available washer/gaskets systems for the flange are EPDM, Black Nitrile or the 4S® dual washer system. Other options are White Nitrile and Viton®

Tri-Sure® Metal Plugs

Metal PlugsTri-Sure plugs are available in G2 and G3/4 sizes, the standard product is zinc plated for corrosion resistance. Other options are phosphated, tinplated or stainless steel. Phenolic or Epoxy-Phenolic lacquering are available for protection against aggressive products. EPDM, Black Nitrile or (Irradiated) Polyethylene washers/gaskets are standard for plugs. Other options are Viton® and White Nitrile.

Tri-Sure® Plastic Plugs

Plastic PlugsTri-Sure plastic plugs are available in G2 and G3/4, these Tri-Sure plastic plugs have been designed to meet the special characteristics of the metal container. Polypropylene and Nylon plugs are providing an excellent quality finish consistency and high performance. The range includes 'solid' type plugs and G2 combination plugs. The combination plugs are provided with G3/4 center hole and G3/4 plastic plug assembled.

Tri-Sure® Metal Tab-Seal® Caps

MetalTScapsTri-Sure metal Tab-Seal caps are available in G2 and G3/4 sizes. Our range of caps has been designed to ensure ease of application. These crimp-on type of Tab-Seal caps are securely crimped over the closure with a special crimp-tool and will provide security against undetected pilferage or substitution of the drum's contents. Crimped-on Tab-Seal caps can be effortlessly removed using a Tri-Sure universal plug-wrench.

Crimped-on Tab-Seal caps can be effortlessly removed by using a pair of side-cutters to snip through the aluminium ring around the cap.

SambaCapsTri-Sure SambaCap caps are available in G2 and G3/4 sizes. Our range of Tri-Sure caps has been designed to ensure ease of application. These push-on caps are securely pushed over the closure by hand  and will provide limited protection against pilferage or substitution of the drum's contents. Pushed-on SambaCap caps can be effortlessly removed by hand.

Tri-Sure® Dust-Cap

DustCapsTri-Sure Dust-Caps are available only in G2. Our range of Tri-Sure caps has been designed to ensure ease of application. These push-on caps are pushed over the flange by hand and are used to transport an empty drum without a plug.

UNI-GRIP® Spouts

UG 60CUNI-GRIP spouts are plastic closures designed for 20 to 60 liter metal and plastic containers. They offer a standard built in pouring spout. The UNI-GRIP spouts have many unique features like; Anti-glug device or self venting and other venting options. Caps are available in a variety of colors and can be printed or embossed with your private design.

PLASTIROB® Dispense Taps

Plastirob tapPLASTIROB taps can be either fitted directly into the G3/4 opening of the container or in combination with G2 plastic plug with G3/4 center opening. Available in two sizes 17 and 12 mm. With latter specifically designed for bottle filling. These PLASTIROB taps are available in Polypropylene (PP) and Nylon.

Poly-Flow™ Dispense Taps

PolyFlow tapPoly-Flow taps can be either fitted directly into the G3/4 opening of the container or in combination with G2 plastic plug with G3/4 center opening.  Available in Polypropylene (PP) and has a 10 mm opening.
