 To ensure a consistent high quality of closure application it is essential that the correct dies are used to insert the flanges, and that the correct equipment is used to apply the plugs and the Tab-Seal® caps. Tri-Sure® Plug wrenches

A variety of opening and closing tools are available so that operators can apply the Tri-Sure products into metal and plastic drums correctly with the recommended torques. We also provide all technical information you will require to incorporate the Tri-Sure Closure System in your own manufacturing processes. Tri-Sure® Insertion Dies

Tri-Sure flanges are applied by means of insertion dies. The usual method of inserting comprises the two-stage operation. In the first operation the drum stock is perforated and embossed to receive the flange, in the second stage, the flange is located and inserted securely in place in the drum-stock.

We have die-sets available for all regular drum-top configurations and gauge material. We also supply dies to manufacturers of fully automated production lines. In the section Applications you will find detailed manuals and instructions.
