In 1919, he started a packaging company in the Netherlands that developed into the world leader in the packaging industry. His company, initially called Van Leer Containers, grew rapidly and expanded globally, providing innovative packaging solutions for a wide range of industries. However, it was in the 1950s that the company truly revolutionized the packaging industry with the invention of the Tri-Sure® closure. </p> <p class="mb-24">This innovative closure, with its three interlocking parts, provided a secure and leak-proof seal for drums and other containers, making it the go-to choice for hazardous and industrial chemicals. Today, Tri-Sure® closures are used in various industries and have become the standard for safe and reliable packaging solutions.
